B. Commercial packing. Packing shal1 be in accordance with commercial packing complying with Uniform Freight Classification or National Motor Freight Classification, as applicable.
C. Labeling. Labeling of packages shall k in accordance with commercial practice and shall comply with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. The label shall include, in an easlly discernible location, the cake and icing flavors and the month and day (may be abbreviated) of production.
D. Marking. Commercial markings for shipping containers are acceptable, provided the following information is included:

Quantity, Unit of Issue
Date of Pack (month, day, and year of Julian date) 1/
Contract Number
Name, Address, and Zip Code of Manufacturer
1/ Date packed is the date on which the cake was packaged in the primary unit container.
Shipping containers shall be marked on top with the following precautionary markings, in letters not less than 1 inch high:
KEEP FROZEN (00F or Below)
